Workshop Flow

A description of how L Cube workshop is conducted.

This programme consist of 2 workshops. 1 for student leaders and 1 for the rest of the cohort. Student leaders will go through a session of training to learn the game to mentor their peers on the actual event.

Student Leaders’ Workshop rundown (2hrs)
1) Student Leaders arrive at school venue (To be advise by school)
2) Trainer proceeds with L Cube game introduction and objectives
3) Student Leaders to proceed with L Cube game
4) Trainer to advise roles and responsibilities of Student Leaders on actual day

Actual Workshop Rundown (2hrs)
1) Students arrive in school hall
2) Teacher to intro trainer
3) Trainer proceeds with L Cube workshop’s introduction and objective
4) Students are instructed to break up in to their groups
5) Student Leaders to collect assets for the game 
6) 1.5 hrs of game play
7) Facilitators and Trainer to interact/guide students
8) Student Leaders to end game and return assets
9) Trainer/Facilitator to herd students back to class seating arrangement for debrief
10) Trainer proceeds with debrief
11) Students to do online survey

Logistics and arrangement for Actual Workshop
1) Students to be gathered in school hall
2) Teachers to help preset students in groups of 5 before the workshop
3) Media logistics requirement, 1 mic and a projector with VGA input
