Smart Leaders Workshop Format
Workshop Format

At the start of the workshop, students reflect on their personal values and give a short presentation to introduce themselves. They then network and form teams based on shared values.

Using our proprietary AR application, one student takes on the role of leader and guides the team through a series of structured challenges. The leader must give clear, step-by-step instructions while team members rely solely on verbal communication to complete the task. This requires precise communication, active listening, and confident decision-making under time constraints. As roles rotate, each student experiences both leading and supporting, strengthening teamwork, accountability, and adaptability.

To wrap up, a debrief connects the activities to real-world leadership and teamwork contexts.

The workshop runs for 1.5 hours by default, with flexible options to extend to 2 hours or shorten to 1 hour to suit your schedule.

Gamified Learning

Gamified Learning Experience

We use iPads and augmented reality (AR) to immerse students in interactive, hands-on leadership challenges. Students begin by using our networking app to connect with peers who share similar values and form teams. Within each team, students take turns acting as the leader. The leader uses our proprietary AR application to guide team members in constructing a physical model, relying solely on verbal instructions. This interactive approach transforms learning into an engaging, hands-on journey toward mastering leadership skills.
